Earlier this week, Arizona’s Pivot Cycles launched a big improvement in their warranty world. Pivot wants this new Premier Lifetime Warranty & Courtesy Bearing Replacement Program to highlight its commitment to “delivering industry-leading performance and peace of mind for riders the world over”.

Pivot Premier Lifetime Warranty
This new warranty program only applies to bikes that were sold after January 1, 2024, and offers lifetime coverage on frames for the original owner. It will cover defects in materials and workmanship, hopefully providing long-term confidence in every ride.
To qualify, bikes must be registered within 30 days of purchase or by April 1, 2025, whichever comes later. Bikes purchased and registered in 2024 are automatically enrolled for lifetime coverage. Bikes that are not registered will retain a 3-year frame warranty. Registration will unlock the full benefits of lifetime coverage.
Courtesy Bearing Replacement Program
As part of Pivot’s dedication to durability and performance, they are offering lifetime replacement for frame linkage bearings. Even though the bearings are designed to last, this program ensures that riders are covered in the instance a replacement is needed.
Pivot wants you to know that the Courtesy Bearing Replacement Program is not a warranty. Customers will be responsible for labor costs associated with bearing replacement. But, if you visit the Pivot Pro Garage, you may be able to save any labor costs and learn to do the bearing replacement yourself.
