An aluminum frame and fenders are a good start for an all-weather, low maintenance commuter bike. Add in the Nuvinci internally geared hub and a Gates Belt Drive, and you’ve got the perfect platform for easy trips to work, school or the store.

The Priority Cycles Continuum gives you all that with a brushed finish that’s impervious to scratches, so it’s even easy to lock up. The Nuvinci hubs provides a similar range to most modern drivetrains, but with infinite adjustment between the low and high range, so you can pretty much dial the gear ratio to suit your preferred cadence no matter the terrain. Perhaps the best part is the price – it’s just $899. Add another $135 and you’ll get an bonus set of studded winter tires and 1000-lumen light package.

You may want to add that the bike retails for 1,500, and is on sale now for 899. When I read that the price is 899, I thought to myself, something must not be right here. If the bike retailed for that, they would have some serious cuts in quality of other components. Matter can not be created or destroyed..same for quality on a bike.

I believe you misunderstood their ad copy. It retails for $899 but they claim “Other bicycles with similar features and components sell for above $1600 from other manufacturers. Priority’s customer-direct model enables this all weather commuter for a fraction of the price”.

How come the weight is not listed in the specifications? BIke looks great but is it 25 pounds or 50 pounds?

It’s similar to the Eight so it should be close to 25 lbs.

I wrote and asked. It’ total weight is 31 lbs, but the kickstand, lights and CVT add 3 lbs so it’s equivalent to a 28lb bike without the add ons
