These days, almost every bike needs a dropper. If that fits your line of thinking, you’ll be happy to hear that PRO has four new Koryak dropper posts to add the line up. Ranging in size from 70mm to 170mm, the posts should find themselves at home on a wide range of bikes.
Checking in as the shortest dropper in the collection, the new 70mm external Koryak post is aimed at Gravel or XC riding.
Available in a 27.2mm diameter, the post is only available with external routing. Equipped with a single bolt saddle clamp, the post’s weight and price are TBA, while the posts will be available in October. The externally routed version is also available in a 150mm travel version in 30.9 or 31.6mm.
When it comes to internally routed droppers, the Koryak is also available in two new sizes with a 150mm and 170mm travel version. The 170mm post has a total length of 507mm to allow taller riders to fit a dropper post within the minimum clamping range. Both posts will come in 30.9 and 31.6mm diameters, and feature a single bolt saddle clamp.
The internal posts also include a new 1x remote lever, while the external posts use a “universal up/down lever” for use with 1x or 2x drivetrains. Pricing and weight, TBA, but expect all posts to be available in October.
