Prologo just rolled out a refreshed NDR saddle line. The update introduces four new models, designed to strike a balance between lightweight construction, comfort, and stability. The new NDR looks to be the go-to for Prologo fans for mountain bike action. The updated family includes something for every rider: the Dimension R2 NDR, two versions of the Nago NDR (PAS cut-out and closed with Active Base), and the Scratch NDR PAS, the open version of Prologo’s iconic round XC saddle.

Prologo NDR – What’s New? Comfort and Control
All of the new NDR models share several features aimed squarely at off-road performance. A wider, flatter nose provides more support when pedaling on the saddle’s tip in aggressive, forward-leaning positions. Prologo also added 3 mm of extra padding, made from variable-density foams that adapt to rider pressure. This foam works in conjunction with their new Grip Cover technology, featuring a micro-grooved surface on the nose that enhances stability on uneven ground or in wet conditions.

These updates were developed in partnership with some of the top XC and marathon squads in the world, including Cannondale Factory Racing, Team BMC, Lapierre Racing Unity, Wilier-Vittoria, Origine Racing, and BH Coloma Team.

Model Breakdown
- Nago NDR PAS (245 x 137 mm, semi-round): Features Prologo’s Perineal Area System cut-out, designed to relieve pressure on soft tissue and improve blood flow. Built with dual-density foam sections for support and comfort.
- Nago NDR Closed (245 x 137 mm, semi-round): Uses Prologo’s Active Base system, a cut-out in the base structure that maintains support while still reducing pressure.
- Dimension R2 NDR (245 x 143 mm, flat): The evolution of the Dimension NDR, now with a broader nose and flatter shape. Compact and aggressive, it’s only available in the PAS version.
- Scratch NDR PAS (250 x 140 mm, round): An open version of the Scratch NDR, which has already achieved success with riders such as Tom Pidcock and Simon Yates. Its central cut-out reduces peak pressure, making it friendlier for riders with limited pelvic flexibility.
