Check the story from the Providence Journal for details.  Terms (ie. purchase price) were not disclosed, but my hunch here is the value in licensing the Ironman name and selling expensive sponsorships is what led to the deal.  No word on whether they’ll be moving the IM HQ from sunny FL to cold RI.
