@BearCol, how is the industry stopping you from keeping 26″ on the trail? Is it the 27.5/29″ trails they keep building?

Sorry, but $250 off a $2400 wheelset just doesn’t seem like that great of a deal. You could probably find a better deal by working directly with a LBS.

@mtnbikej, So you know that Reynolds carbon wheels start at $1600.00 a set so yes it is a good deal. And if you do read above you have to work with your local bike shop.

Depending on how literal they are when they say “any” wheelset, $250 could be a GREAT deal…albeit if you’re actually thinking of getting Reynolds wheels.

I’d assume bare minimum they don’t want a completely ****ed up wheelset, but would cheap Campagnolo Khamsins or OEM wheels actually qualify? $250 of $1600 may only be 15%, but it can pretty much be a free 15% that rids of wheels that just ate space in the garage. If the sent-in wheels go to a proper recycling program, even better.

But all that being said I’m not in the market for their wheels 🙁
