Why have an ordinary saddle when you can have a limited edition one? We take a look at the latest limited edition saddles from the world of MTB, Road and Gravel, feat. Tiger Face colorways from Velo. Noteworthy is the WTB Deva TDS Enduro saddle being sold to boost wildfire fighting efforts in Northern California.
Limited Edition WTB Deva TDS Enduro saddle
WTB and organizers of the annual TDS Enduro event are donating 100% of proceeds from a limited run of TDS saddles originally intended for athletes who were racing the 2020 event. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, organizers made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 event. Making the best of the situation, they’ve chosen to instead sell the limited-edition saddles and donate all proceeds to a fund that support families affected by the wildfires that continue to burn throughout Northern California.
The TDS saddle is a limited-edition run of the WTB Deva Medium Steel, which means it features the Deva shape in a Medium (145mm) width with durable steel rails. These saddles are only available directly through WTB with an MSRP of $49.95, where 100% of the proceeds will be donated directly to the Sonoma County Resilience Fund.
Not sure if a Medium width saddle is right for you? Check out WTB’s unique Fit Right System to determine which saddle width and padding thickness is best for you. The Deva is not gender specific – WTB say its flat profile with generous padding mean riders of all genders find it a comfortable fit.
Velo release limited edition saddle colorways
The Velo Senso Ray saddle for road is now available in three limited edition colorways; marbled red, marbled silver and oil slick. It is a 242mm long saddle, 143mm wide with Ti-Alloy rails, retailing at $85-$95. The marbled colorways are officially known as Red Tiger and Silver Tiger, as the design is a collage of tiger faces.

The Velo Angel TT and Angel TT Women’s saddles also get the oil slick treatment. They feature Velo’s patented Y-Cutout for optimal pressure relief for those long days on road or gravel.
