Specialized has unveiled a new limited-edition S-Works Tarmac SL9 for Remco Evenepoel, with only 100 available worldwide. Hopefully this will give the newly crowned TT World Champion wings heading into the road race.
S-Works Tarmac SL9 Remco LTD
The S-Works Tarmac SL9 Remco LTD takes the Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe team’s 2026 “Motion + Emotion” design and gives it a gold-heavy twist. The front half of the bike is finished in a deep metallic gold before transitioning into the white “sticker slap” treatment already used across the team bikes.
It’s unmistakably Remco, and a lot less subtle than the standard team paint.
Gold Up Front, Team Colors Out Back
The paint is the cool story here. Specialized says the design builds on the team’s “Motion + Emotion” theme, meant to represent the push forward and the emotion behind racing. On the Remco LTD, that concept gets a much richer look thanks to the olympic gold front end.
The split finish gives the bike a proper special-edition feel without losing the Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe identity. The gold dominates the front triangle and fork area, while the white rear section keeps the familiar team graphics in place.
It lands somewhere between race bike and trophy bike, which feels about right for a Remco edition.
Same S-Works Tarmac SL9 Platform
Under the paint, this is still the S-Works Tarmac SL9, Specialized’s top-level road race platform.
