For the fourth consecutive year, SRAM and BESPOKED are offering the Inclusivity Scholarship to continue fostering diversity in the handmade cycling community. The scholarship recipient will be provided an exhibition space at BESPOKED Dresden 2026, SRAM components, support, and mentorship, so they can showcase their unique talents and gain exposure in the handmade framebuilding world.

Since 2011, BESPOKED has been and continues to be the world’s premier handmade bicycle show. With 2026 events in London, Dresden, and Osaka, BESPOKED brings together independent framebuilders, component specialists, innovators, and cycling enthusiasts from around the globe to gather around a shared love of bikes. In an effort to make the BESPOKED event and the cycling industry as a whole more inclusive, SRAM and BESPOKED partnered to offer the first Inclusivity Scholarship in 2022.

Scholarship Eligibility

According to the BESPOKED team, this scholarship is for anyone who has “ever questioned whether there’s a space for your work, your story, or your route in the wider cycling industry.” They say the criteria are simple: “If you don’t see yourself represented in cycling, you should apply.” Don’t build frames yourself, but know someone whose work deserves to be seen? BESPOKED encourages you to share this scholarship with them.

“This scholarship is for people who feel they don’t currently see themselves reflected fairly within cycling or framebuilding, whether that’s because of their background, perspective, experience, or route into the industry.

We know talent exists in many forms, but access, visibility, and confidence to put yourself forward are not always shared equally.

If you’ve ever questioned whether there’s space for your work or your story within cycling, we’d encourage you to apply. The aim is not to define who belongs here – it’s to help make sure more people feel that they do.”
