Much like Shimano, SRAM had their own booth at the Philly Bike Expo stacked with beautiful show bikes. These booths give builders who can’t make the show a chance to show off some impressive builds while also serving as a display for SRAM or Shimano’s latest wares which are usually pretty important when it comes to building a complete bike.
Over in the corner, a decked out Breadwinner JB Racer. This build featured 29″ wheels and the RockShox RS-1 suspension fork with a remote lockout.
The red, gold, and black theme prevails through the entire build with a SRAM XX1 Eagle group, Rise 60 wheels, and Level Ultimate brakes.
Front and center was this awesome Speedvagen GTFO single speed gravel rig. Part of the Speedvagen Ready Made line, the GTFO is built in small batches without the additional options of the custom Speedvagens to offer a lower price point with the same build quality and materials.
Available only in Matte Army Green, the bike includes a custom painted Ritchey Comp Flat bar/stem and a matching integrated seat mast topper.
This particular build included a set of Zipp 303 wheels built with a generator front hub matched to a Sinewave Cycles headlight.
While the chain may have needed a little tension added from the Oner EBB from White Industries, the single speed drivetrain is an interesting choice for gravel pursuits – which is why the bike is available as a geared build as well. Because of the flat bar, the GTFO runs SRAM Level brakes with a 160/140mm rotor combo, and in this case a 44x20t drivetrain.
