BIKERUMOR.com 2009 SEA OTTER CLASSIC COVERAGE: Video coverage above is part of the SRAM Press Lunch where they show off new stuff.  It was about a 2-hour event, so we’re breaking it down into segments.  Yeah, some other sites have these pictures, but you can hear all about the new goodies straight from the horse’s mouth only on Bikerumor!  (Video is in HD if you click on that button)
SRAM’s new Design Your Ride series combines Truvativ Noir 3.3 carbon-armed cranksets with SRAM X.0 rear derailleur and trigger shifters and PG-990 cassette to give you five new mix-and-match color options for pimpin’ your ride.  Featured from left to right are: Tango, Cash, Nugget, Redwin and Pinkslip.
As far as these items go, the only new tech innovation introduced was the GXP Lite crankarm spindle.  They’ve machined out the inside of the spindle to save 14g, but other than that, these are the same items you can get in standard gray/black/carbon colors.
