Santa Barbara’s Stinner Frameworks is announcing the launch of the Gibraltar Podium and Select models. Both the Podium and Select models are handmade in Stinner’s Santa Barbara production facility by the same crew responsible for building their custom offerings. This means a more attainable, high-quality bike without the wait.

The bike is named after the iconic local climb of Gibraltar Road. Being designed for riders who want precision and speed built into their bicycle, the Gibratar also welcomes the thrill of conquering a large and challenging climb.

The Gibraltar is said to be responsive, agile, and ready to adapt to the rider’s every move. The bike is crafted with either steel or titanium, blending classic design with modern performance. Stinner promises the Gibraltar will offer riders an exceptional ride and elevated riding experience.

Gibraltar Select

Retail: $1,695 (frameset), $4,195 (complete)

The Select Series is Stinner’s entry point. These frames are crafted from Columbus Zona tubing and can be had as both a frameset or a complete build. Stinner Stock offers Stinner’s famous handmade quality at a fraction of the cost, without the wait commonly associated with a full custom build.

With clearance for 32mm tires, UDH compatibility, and adherence to common industry standards, the Gibraltar Select is future-proofed for years to come.

Gibraltar Podium

The Gibraltar Podium offers a premium titanium frame that’s fabricated and finished in Stinner’s Santa Barbara Production facility. These are made from Stinner’s straight-gauge Ti. The Podium comes in both framesets and complete bikes, rounding out the Stinner Stock line of bikes.

The different build kit options allow the riders to customize their ride experience. The bikes use common industry standards that are utilized throughout. This ensures the Gibraltar Podium will be a trusted steed in your stable for years to come.

Kind of a bummer there aren’t pictures of the steel frame with the Apex/Rival build actually shown. All I see is the titanium frame with a Force D2 build.

I just bought a Ritchey Road Logic last year and this is priced the same. The Ritchey feels a little expensive for a Taiwanese built frameset whereas the Stinner seems like a relative steal for a US built frame. If the geo were better for me I’d feel bummed that I didn’t get the Stinner.
