The premium cycling apparel brand Velocio recently expanded its accessory lineup with the addition of two new gloves for riding in warm to hot temperatures. The new LUXE Ultralight and TRAIL Ultralight gloves slot in alongside the brand’s kits of the same names, offering minimalist, breathable hand protection for road and off-road riders alike. Both models feature the same quality materials and construction, with the half-finger LUXE aimed at the drop-bar crowd and the TRAIL offering full-finger coverage for mountain bike riders.
The LUXE Ultralight and TRAIL Ultralight gloves appear nearly identical, aside from the full-finger and half-finger designs. That includes the lightweight woven grid-mesh material on the back of the hand, and the seamless, pad-free palm. Both feature a terry thumb for sweat and nose wipes, a low-profile stretch cuff, and claim to offer a snug, precise fit. The LUXE and TRAIL Ultralight gloves both come in solid, tasteful colors intended to coordinate with their drop-bar and trail apparel.
