If you follow the Dirty Kanzaa, or just endurance racing in general, you’ve probably heard the name. Yuri Hauswald is a monster on the bike, but he’s also a truly great guy who is also fun to be around. You wouldn’t know it by the way he rides, but he didn’t even ride until he was 24. Since then Yuri has made his way to his current position in the industry as the Community Development Manager for GU Energy Labs. In his spare time, Yuri has figured out a way to still train and race at a very high level, which includes winning the DK 200 in 2015.
