Back around the end of September, The Pro’s Closet (TPC) announced it was closing its doors come October. Well, I just got an email from Gabriel Prado, the Founder and CEO of LocalAuctions.com with a press release announcing the liquidation and public auction of everything in TPC’s old facility. See below for details.

If you’re interested in taking part in the auction, you can check out the online-only auction on the Local Auctions website. Bidding is taking place now through Wednesday, October 23rd at noon.

If you are local, you can preview the items in person on Tuesday, October 22nd from 9 am to 3 pm. The address of TPC’s facility is: 1900 Taylor Ave, Louisville, Colorado, 80027

The winning bidders are required to pick up and remove their items on Thursday 10/24/24 through Wednesday 10/30/24 from 9 am to 5 pm. For more information and to view the items in the auction, visit the Local Auctions Website

Go you at the auction you will understand what happened. Who ever made those decisions ….. ? What were they thinking? Unreal.

Too bad they won’t ship. There are a ton of tires on there that they should have had during their going out of business sale that had nearly everything sold out of odd sizes

Give a try to BikingBicycleGarage.com for used bikes. They are kind of similar to TPC

No bikes anywhere to be found. That would have been a helpful bit of information

Spent quite some time scrolling and if it can save you time, there plenty of tools but no interesting bike parts

It’s funny what auctions do to people … “Hey, it’s at an auction, so there’s definitely no way this coffee machine is $73 less on Amazon (at the current bid price lol) … because it’s at an auction!”

I once had someone pay more than the list price for new pedals for a pair of used Look Keos on eBay, all because bidding ran amok.
