Today, bike rack giant Thule officially releases a new bike rack developed from the award-winning and pioneering Thule T2 rack line. It seems like Thule has been teasing this rack for years, but now it’s finally ready to hit the roads. The new Verse uses a clean aesthetic with a premium look and fits a greater range of bikes. It sports easy-to-use features and more capacity than its predecessor and includes several optional accessories.

The New Thule Verse
The new Verse comes to us with patented outboard release handles that provide easy hand-activated tilting with or without bicycles on the rack, allowing for rear access to your vehicle. The release handle allows the Verse to tilt up to a vertical position when not in use.
Thule’s Verse uses a single attachment arm to safely secure your bike by clamping down on the front wheel. This eliminates frame contact and provides a quick and effective way to secure your bike to the rack.
With 11.4″ of space between bike positions, independent “on-the-fly” tray adjustments for wheels, and the new “soft-touch” attachment arm with more fork clearance, your bike is loaded and adjusted easily for safer travels.
The Verse accommodates a wheelbase that can range from 34 to 53″ and tire sizes up to 5″. The trays are rated to hold up to 60 lbs each, and for those with heavy bikes or eBikes, the Thule foldable loading ramp is compatible with the new Verse. Plus, with the 12mm, theft deterrent locking cable that’s included, your bike stays put when you walk away.
The Verse offers tool-free and lockable installation to the vehicle with their AutoAttach system with the lockable AcuTight lever which includes a lock.
