Bkool updates virtual training app, so you get more cycling indoors this winter

The latest update to the Bkool Cycling simulator adds an all-new Route Finder tool to make it easier & more intuitive to find new virtual roads to train on. Mixing real road videos & 3D routes, new search filters make it easier to pick from over 8 million routes in their system.

Bkool also says this latest update put much more data in your field of view while you ride, so you can work on racing strategy or just optimize each of your own training sessions. You can now see the name of race rivals with their watts/kilo ratio, as well as a preview of upcoming climbs to gauge your efforts – all in a more streamline overview.

Trying to recreate more of a pro feel, Bkool Cycling has also been updated with all of the 2020 UCI World Tour team kits. As pro racing settles down for the year, you can spend winter inside training in a virtual peloton, before teams reshuffle in the new year. Bkool.com

The five stages are: Tour of Utah, Chicago Lakefront Trail, White Mountains National Park, Lake Sunapee Bike Race, and Wolf Creek Pass Descent. You have to complete EVERY race to be eligible to win. Each course is raced over a series of a few days so you can fit it into your schedule. But the first Tour of Utah close out Nov 21 – so you need to do it before the end of tomorrow for a shot at the prize.

Full details are over at the Bkool Saris Scenic America page, where you can also sign up for a month of free virtual racing. The prize up for grabs is a Saris M2 smart trainer (formerly CycleOps) to upgrade your indoor training experience. Saris.com
