Velocio and RUX teamed up on a grab-and-go gear tote that actually solves the “where did I put my gloves/keys/bottle?” pre-ride scramble. The Velocio x RUX 25L Bag is a purpose-built hauler sized for a complete kit change and the little stuff that always vanishes when you’re late to the trailhead or startline.

These kinda bags a one of my favorite pieces of kit. They are essentially an “everything hauler,” but they blend in with all your bike gear. Because one of those blue IKEA bags will work, but they don’t do the trick like a real thick bag. The 13.8″ × 7.9″ × 12.2″ sizing is super versatile, and should take on everything like gear to the line, or gear for the family.

The black or green colorway will shrug off any dirt, grime, or extra grossness that accumulates from rainy race days. Plus, the additional pockets are good for things like keys, wallets, or anything you don’t want to lose in a scramble. All in all, it’s nothing new, but it’s cool looking and from brands that make gear for the long haul – I’m in.

Velocio x RUX 25L Tote

  • Price: $80
  • Capacity: 25L
  • Sizes: 35 × 20 × 31 cm (13.8″ × 7.9″ × 12.2″)
  • Fabric: 600D TPU-coated polyester (burly, easy to wipe down)
  • Closure: Hook & flap—because open-top totes eject arm warmers
  • Pockets: Internal mesh for phone, wallet, keys
  • Colors: Black or Green

The vibe here is utility without fuss: rigid enough to stand open while you kit up, compliant enough to stuff into a trunk corner, and tough enough for muddy CX weekends or shoulder-season gravel.

Why These Two?

Velocio knows fit and finish; RUX builds modular, durable cargo. The overlap is obvious—durability, adaptability, function first—so you get a tote that feels as considered as a good jersey pattern—no over-engineered buckles, no puzzle-box closures—just clean usability. Nothing fancy, but super cool and should last longer than 32″ wheels.
