If you haven’t ridden Whistler yet, this will make you want to all the more. Truth be told, early in the season’s the time to go, before the braking bumps have taken over the lower sections, and Crankworx is not the ideal time to explore all the trails, but any trip there is still totally worth it. Hans Rey helped push the Flow Trail concept, and he shows how its best used in this edit from Livigno. What’s “Flow Trail”, you ask? It’s well designed mountain bike trail that’s generally banked, bermed and graded such that you mostly flow down the trail with minimal braking and pedaling required. It’s also generally friendly to all skill levels. And super fun.
