The last bit of unfinished business is now complete on Greensboro’s Wild Turkey Trail.  Shown above during construction, the bridge that crosses the last creek is now complete (and rides rather nicely, if I might add), so you can avoid the treacherous, rooty connection to the hiking bridge that runs adjacent to it.
The Wild Turkey is an out-and-back that runs from the greenway along the Owl’s Roost trail to the Lake Brandt Marina and back.  It’s been ridden in extremely well and is already one of the most popular trails in the area thanks to the hard work of the Greensboro Fat Tire Society.
