We broke the news on XShifter, the universal wireless shifting conversion kit that’ll match wireless shifting to any drivetrain, and they surpassed their Kickstarter funding goal in 48 hours. Now, with just less than two weeks to go, they’ve added a TT bar end shifter option.
The unit mounts to any standard aero bar extension, and inventor Paul Gallagher told us they can also mount to the ends of drop bars. Even better, they can be paired with their other shifters, giving you the ability to shift from multiple hand positions…
The TT shifter system is developed, and if they hit a stretch goal of $150,000, it’ll be offered at launch. They’re just a few grand shy of the first first stretch goal at $100,000, which would give them the modular mounting system that’s much cleaner than the zip tie attachment we’ve seen thus far.
