Bar Fly has added a plethora of new mounts, covering many popular cycling computers, 35mm handlebars and a very clever GoPro mount.
New models include a Garmin mount for 35mm diameter road and mountain bike handlebars, and standard 31.8 mounts for Cateye, Soleus Draft, and CycleOps Joule (which also comes stock with new Joule units).
There’s also a universal mount that puts a 31.8 diameter stub that’s just wide enough to mount a small light and a standard computer mount. For the new Fizik stems, there’s a direct integration two position Garmin mount that slips inside the front faceplate.
Lastly, there’s the very trick GoPro mount that centers the camera…
The Fizik mount fits in the faceplate’s slot.
Now there’s an out-front mount for 35mm bars. The mountain bike model curves up and back to place the computer over the stem.
The universal mount.
Color options. Computer mounts range from $20 to $25.
The GoPro mount clamps around both sides of the stem with quick release cams and puts the lens in a centered, birds eye view of the road or trail.
The design allows quick adjustments and easy angle and position changes. Put it up high or down low, or even mount the camera backwards for some selfies.
Available in November for $55.
Their new Hopper Saddle Bag is simply a crisscrossed strap that conches around a coffee bag or tube and holds it to your saddle rails. Retail will be under $20, coming in early November.
Behind it is a prototype Spoon mount for putting your computer out in front of one piece bar-stem units. Want one? Let them know, they’re just testing out demand before committing to production.
