When they introduced the budget GPS M450 cycling computer this summer, plans were to have Strava integration up and running by October. Well, that date came and went, but looks like compatibility with everyone’s favorite device agnostic performance measuring service is finally here for it and several other Polar GPS computers and watches.
Available today for the M450 and V650 computers and M400 and V800 watches, you’ll need to update the devices through Polar Flow to make it work. Then, after a ride (run, whatever) has been uploaded to Flow, you can set it to automatically send that data to Strava, too. You can even send past workouts to Strava using Flow’s export function. Of course, unless you’ve ponied up for a premium sub, you’ll still see more data about your ride in Flow, and you can even let your coach peep in on your progress, too.
