It’s a lightweight (~45g), removable and reusable cover that folds up small enough to fit in your saddle bag or jersey pocket. Dimples on the top may aid aerodynamics…or just look cool. They retail for $22 and come in red or black, or you can get custom orders with your team or shop graphics on them.
