State-Undefeated-Rattlesnake

  • Check out State’s limited run Rattlesnake – State Bicycle Co. just released a special Rattlesnake Edition of their fixie ‘The Undefeated’. It is said to pay tribute to the Mojave Desert, with an aluminum frame with a copper finish and black, purple & teal accents. • Have ProEditors turn your footage into something worth sharing – ProEditors, a new video editing company will take your raw cam footage and edits it down into a 2-3 minute, professionally created final product. Whether you ride dirt or pavement, GoPros seem to be everywhere, but like us, few riders want to spend hours at home editing all that footage down to something worth watching. With these guys, you just hand over your raw video, highlight sections you definitely want to keep, and in 2-3 days you get a final edit, complete with soundtrack. Pricing starts at just $100 which is probably too much for that dodgy video of riding around in your back yard, but might sounds good after an exotic biking holiday? ProEditors.com

Where to Ride

  • Oskar Blues Brewery Incites a REEBellion at the Ranch – Oskar Blues Brewery is cramming bikes, beer, music and camping into a single weekend this fall. The REEBellion at the Ranch kicks off on Oct 1&2, bringing together three distinct bike races at the Oskar Blues REEB Ranch outside of Brevard, NC. There’s a 47 mile gravel grinder, a white-knuckle dual slalom competition, and some rowdy cyclocross racing. After a day of racing, a barn party Saturday night helps racers carbo-recover and prep for another day on the bike. Recover with Oskar Blues’ beer, their own taco truck, and live music into the night. Think you can rise up and tackle multiple races in less than 48 hours? Camping on site from Friday so you can roll right out of your tent and jump on the bike. REEBellionattheRanch.com
