A couple of years ago we spotted the KP Cykler bike hanger, and running into them this spring we learned an updated version was coming. While custom bike fabrication (even a unique sidecar) was always intended to be the business focus for Danish KP Cyclery, founder Kaspar Peek was inundated with requests to make the simple trophy-inspired bike hangers that he used to display custom project bikes in his shop. So over the years he’s started making more and more.
Now he’s going back to crowdsourcing to Kickstart a new version of The Bike Hanger – Copenhagen Series, that gets a new geometric oak plaque, more adjustability and easier to install mounting. The new wall rack is based around a new quill stem that means even bikes with up to 60cm bars can be hung without touching the wall, and now gets fully stainless steel construction for the mounting bracket. The Bike Hanger is available now only on Kickstarter with early bird deals from about $85/75€.

Bag maker Restrap is down with classic bike practicality, and plenty of their own around town bikes are equipped with the iconic Wald metal mesh bike baskets. So they decided to partner up with Wald to make custom fit duffel bags that drop into standard Wald baskets to keep your gear safe & secure.
The Wald x Restrap basket bags have been prototyped, refined, tested, and are now ready for manufacturing. The basket bags are all handmade in-house in Restrap’s Leeds workshop, and are available in three colors – black, gray, or sand, all with wide black straps. They come in three sizes S, M & L to fit typical Wald 1372, 1392 & 157 baskets, and sell for £45, £55 & £65, respectively. They include a pair of hand carrying straps, a long shoulder strap, and snap directly to the Wald baskets.
Mission Workshop Radian travel backpack
Designed to work as a do-it-all pack or airline carry-on bag, the new Radian is Mission Workshop’s most feature-packed, modular backpack yet. With a minimal internal aluminum structuring, the Radian has a large main body compartment that can be accessed either from the top like a roll-top bag, or from the zip-down front panel more like a suitcase or clothes bag.
On the outside the Radian is Arkiv compatible, which means you can strap any manner of Mission’s extra pouches to the pair of narrow straps on either side, or the larger pair of straps on the front of the backpack. It also has a strap-hiding back panel to tuck everything neatly inside when carrying it by hand or in the plane.
