If you’re looking for some new hoops for your gravel rig, Stan’s has two new options to check out. Building on their original Grail gravel platform, the wheels are now available in both a CB7 carbon version and a new MK3 aluminum option in addition to the current Grail S1 aluminum.
The Grail CB7 is an all new carbon rim which comes in at just 300g. Designed for 700c x 25-40mm wide tires, the rims measure 21.6mm internally, 26.4mm externally, and 19.3mm deep. Using their BST tubeless tech and their RiACT carbon design, the wheels are fully tubeless compatible and will be available as a rim or complete wheelset. Rims will sell for $600 each, while complete wheels start at $1399 for the Team build with Ne hubs (1360g), or $1635 for the Pro Build with Neo Ultimate hubs (1277g).
The Grail MK3 on the other hand are a bit narrower but still meant for 700c x 25-40mm tires. The tubeless rims measure 20.3mm internal, 24mm external, and 24.5mm deep with a claimed 440g weight. Rims will be available for $105, while complete wheels will be $699 for the set with Neo hubs (1742g).
The Grail MK3s are available now, while the CB7s will be available soon.
