The new MRP Ramp Control Cartridge Pro takes their drop-in positive air chamber upgrade for Fox, Rockshox and MRP forks and adds air volume adjustments, too. Called Huck Pucks, the white spacers thread onto the bottom, giving you control of both the volume and end-of-stroke ramp. They also have new Wave 2 chainrings with updated tooth profiles, and more decal color options for their forks…

MRP RCC shows you how to adjust your suspension forks air spring ramp and compression

The original RCC gives you control over the end-of-stroke ramp by effectively giving you two positive air chambers, controlling the ability to change how the (new) secondary chamber is used during big, high speed hits. You can read all about how it works right here. What’s new is the ability to add volume spacers, giving you more control over how the fork feels on small and low speed bumps. The Huck Pucks are the white bits, and they thread onto the bottom of the RCC. The pucks are not backward compatible, and the new cartridges retail for $169 and can be added to Fox 36 and all 35mm Rockshox forks.

How are the Waves?

The new Wave 2 chainrings get a revised tooth profile to be quieter and more durable. Recap: MRP’s Wave chainrings use an alternating left-right offset tooth profile rather than a narrow-wide design. Besides avoiding any patent issues, they say this design provides more even chain wear. The new design rounds off the leading edge of the teeth a bit, which they say reduces noise on the uptake, and helps the chain slide off more easily on the bottom.

The ones shown here are SRAM 11 and 12-speed compatible, and Shimano 11-speed compatible. They’re working on a Shimano 12-speed version that’ll have slightly narrower tooth profiles to work with the new XTR chain. Price is about $65, plus or minus depending on whether you want 4-bolt or direct mount. They start shipping around first of May.

Lots of forkin’ colors

Forks get a decal update, giving you color options to match more frames. There are nine color options, and you get to choose why you want when you order your fork.
