Progress Cycles offers an array of different wheels, and launched the Air Disc LTD as a top-end choice for your disc brake road bike. With a 30mm width and 38mm depth, the wheels are quite light at 1,350 grams – and they just added a matte finish option that drops it to 1,331 grams complete.

Progress makes a variety of wheels for mountain bikes, e-bikes, and the category of today’s topic – road wheels. The Air Disc LTD uses a carbon fiber and graphene construction, along with graphics safely applied under the clear coat.

The rims measure a wide 30mm external and 21mm internal width, comparable to the HED Vanquish or ENVE AR series. Rim depth clocks in at 38mm.

Nitto ceramic road disc hubs come stock, with Center Lock disc brake compatibility. Freehubs are available in Shimano 11, SRAM XDR, and Campaganolo. The stock axle configuration is 12x100mm front, 12x142mm rear.

In an effort to drop weight even further, Progress just released an unpainted matte finish option, reducing the complete set to 1,331 grams.

The Air Disc LTD wheel set with standard finish is available now for €1,590. Matte finish pricing is TBD.

is the updated bikerumor main page absolutely unnavigable for anyone else here? it keeps populating articles as a scroll down rather than simply displaying articles.

hope this isn’t a permanent change if this was intentional, it makes getting to the content you’re interested in far too difficult.

It appears they’re changing the theme and tweaking the live site, which is scary. Front page seems to be showing a mix of excerpts and full posts which makes it a total mess to navigate.
