BIKERUMOR.com 2009 SEA OTTER CLASSIC COVERAGE: B Spoke Tailor founder Nan Eastep shows off her wool cycling knickers in a pin stripe style.  They’re available in men’s and women’s (pics of both after the break) and have nifty features like a cell phone pocket, wide padded waist band and cycling-cut gusset at the crotch so there’s no seam “down there” for better comfort on the bike.

She’s also made good use of old sweaters and inner tubes with her arm warmers, check the pic after the break…

The info tag says the women’s cut is designed to be curvy and that the men’s cut can be worn by women who suffer from a lack thereof.  Oddly, the tag also says they’re made for free in sweat shops…check the last bullet point:

Aaaahhh, lest we ire the founder, we jest, of course…but a simple hyphen would clear up any confusion.

These were particularly cool…arm warmers made from old sweaters, complete with thumb holes and recycled inner tubes used for the stretchy/grippy parts at the top.
