Our friends at Bkool have mapped some routes in Pisgah National Forest for you to do on your trainer: the Pisgah Gravel Grind (18.3 mi), the Pisgah Forest Road Ride (22.6 mi), Mt. Pisgah up and back with hills before/after (24.9 mi), and the Pisgah Monster Cross 2013 (70 mi). Just download their free cycling simulator software, then use prompts to adjust your resistance based on the mapped course profile. If you have a smart trainer with ANT+ the resistance will be controlled by the course.
