Castelli is using its new status as the official apparel partner of the Tour de France and Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift as the inspiration for its new Maillot Jaune Collection. For 2027 and beyond, Castelli will be designing and producing all of the classification jerseys for the TdF, TdF Femmes, and the rest of the cycling races owned by Amaury Sport Organisation (A.S.O.). Since most of us won’t be racing the Tour next year, the Maillot Jaune Collection gives us mortals a chance to look and feel like part of the action.
“Returning to the Tour de France and Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift is an immense honor for everyone at Castelli. Working in partnership with A.S.O., our goal for the Maillot Jaune Collection was to capture everything that makes those jerseys so special and make that emotion accessible to the rest of the cycling world.”
-Andrew Montgomery, Castelli Product Line Manager

Maillot Jaune Collection
Castelli’s Maillot Jaune Collection is split into two dedicated lines: Classement and Échappée. According to Montgomery, “Our Classement Jerseys bring the speed and performance of their race-worn equivalents in understated, elevated designs you’ll be proud to wear every day. Our Échappée line shares the same distinctive appeal, meticulously built to look fast, feel fast, and turn heads.”
All of the garments also include subtle details, including bespoke elastic grippers with stage profiles, custom zipper pulls, and other internal details. Both lines are designed to complement each other, so you can mix and match every piece in the collection.
Classement

The premium Classement jerseys are built with the same exact race fit and lightweight aero construction that Tour de France classification leaders will be wearing in 2027. The Aero Race 8.1 Jerseys are being “paired with modified colorways, reimagined designs, and discreet branding for a sleek, clean, and sophisticated look.”
The Classement line includes three looks, starting with an understated nod to the iconic yellow jersey: Lemon Yellow Sorbet. Oversized Red Polka Dots on white pay homage to the King and Queen of the Mountains jerseys. Interestingly, the third colorway is Ultraviolet, which doesn’t exactly fit the classification leader theme, but looks pretty darn good regardless.
