I can’t make this stuff up:
First, the image at right is what accompanied this China Daily news story, which I surmise to be the graphical equivalent of “Ingrisch.”
Second, have you ever seen a fat Chinese person (excluding sumo wrestlers, which I think are mainly Japanese anyway)?  What would a fat Chinese person want with a bicycle anyway?
The thief was 5’7″, weighed almost 200 lbs and made it about 30 feet before he had to stop to catch his breath.  Sounds like most Walmart shoppers to me.
I suppose the slow Westernization of their diet is good for something…reducing crime.
