First an arm warmer review, now a packable wind jacket from New York City’s Outlier? Winter must be coming.

See more photos and read the details on this fashionable, yet super tech, jacket after the jump.

From their site:

So small and light you can stuff it in your back pocket and forget it’s there. But when the temperatures drop it packs a surprising warmth and wind protection. We linked up with the DQM crew to create a better packable cycling windshell. You can stuff in a jersey pocket or under your saddle and whip it out as the day cools off and the night needs some heat.

We tracked down a Japanese ripstop poly that weighs under an ounce, while managing to be softer and quieter than all the downproof nylons most superlight windshells are made off. It all packs neatly into a rear pocket sized for your cell phone or wallet. Available* in Black, Mirage (both Outlier discreet, with no external logoing) and a cobranded Outlier-DQM Fiery Red. Head on over to DQM for the cobranded Black and Mirage joints. $120.
