Basso’s new 2010 Diamante road bike looks tempting, perhaps a little too much so.  The first production sample was stolen!
It’s a complete bike built with Campagnolo Chorus and Microtech carbon wheels, seatpost, headset and stem.  There’s not a lot of info about the new model on their website, but we did snatch a few pics of the frame…it’s pretty beefy where it should be, with a very, very robust bottom bracket area and a tapered 1-1/8″ to 1.5″ headtube that’s equally stout.
