Forbidden has added a new top-of-the-range Dreadnought Enduro Bike to its line-up in the form of the Dreadnought XO T-Type, featuring the new SRAM Eagle Transmission and SRAM Code Stealth Ultimate Brakes. It retails at $9,999 CAD – that’s $1,999 CAD more expensive than the next most expensive build; the Dreadnought GX LTD Team that features the SRAM GX Eagle Mechanical Drivetrain and SRAM Code R Brakes.

Here we take a quick look at the latest Enduro Bike to sport the SRAM Eagle Transmission, with info on pricing worldwide.

Forbidden Dreadnought XO T-Type

The Dreadnought XO T-Type is one of the very first enduro bikes, if not the actual first, to boast the SRAM Transmission and Code Stealth Ultimate Brakes. That new-ness has been exhaustively covered, so let’s see what else you get when you hand over $8,499 USD.

It’s a bit astounding that something like this (which looks super nice BTW) costs only half as much as a nice road bike.

That bike better wash itself, give me a full body massage after every ride, fill my bottle with endless kombucha, and have a warm burrito waiting for me for that price. This is for dentists.

To be fair the specs say ‘Ultimate’ about five times.

bro, this bike blows the pricing on Transition, Evil and others out of the water. For a smaller volume manufacturer, this is impressive.
