Bulls Bikes will be bringing more high end road bikes to the U.S. market to join the mountain bikes already being sold through their direct-to-consumer business.
Above, the Night Hawk race bike comes in with two spec levels, a Shimano 105 for $1,799 (16.3lb, claimed) and Ultegra for $2,399 (15.84lb). Full carbon fork on both, with Shimano direct-mount brakes on the fork and hidden under the chainstays.
Until this model hits, their U.S. inventory has topped out with the $1,799 triple butted alloy Desert Falcon. The Night Hawk’s top model will get Mavic Aksium wheels and Schwalbe tires, adding to the value. Cost savings come from house brand cockpit parts.
Frame weights are claimed at 882g (small) to 995g (large), +/-50g.
Internal cable routing gets an access port beneath the BB for both derailleurs. Look for it to pop up on the Bulls Bikes USA website this fall and ship by year’s end.
The Copperhead is their best selling alloy hardtail in Europe, which has a triple butted 7005 frame with smooth welding. They’ll bring their RSi model here with 27.5″ wheels and a Fox Float fork, 2×11 XT M8000 group for $1,999 (spec shown in pic is not accurate).
