Here’s some cool news out of Newbury Park, California. Liv, the company dedicated to getting more women and girls on bikes, has announced the launch of its new STP Range of bicycles. Named for Street, Trail & Park riding, the STP was Giant’s do-it-all dirt jumper. Now, that ethos has been modernized into a collection of bikes designed for young riders to develop their skills on dirt jumps, pump tracks, and trails.

“At Liv, we believe that investing in the next generation of riders means creating bikes that build skills, confidence, and independence from day one,” said Cassondra Spring, Liv Global Brand Manager. “The new STP range is designed to support every stage of that journey — from learning the basics on the trail to mastering jumps and technical terrain — with bikes that inspire fun, growth, and adventure.”
Let’s check out some of the details.
Liv STP Line
The lineup includes five options—STP 20, STP 20 FS, STP 24, STP 26, and an STP 26 Frameset. Each of these models is built around a lightweight ALUXX-grade aluminum frame with youth-tuned geometry.

They feature the Giant TRA 2 Wheel System with Wide Guard rim technology, and they’re equipped with hydraulic disc brakes that use lighter modulation, giving the lil’ ones easier control.

There are other youth-specific components, too. Like, shorter saddles, narrower handlebars, and drivetrains with shifters sized perfectly for the smaller riders.

STP 20 & STP 20 FS
Retail: $790 (STP 20 FS)

The entry-level STP 20 and STP 20 FS bikes offer young riders their first taste of trail and pump-track riding. They sport low standover height and balanced geometry. In this case, FS seems to stand for Front Suspension, not Full Suspension.

Riders will be able to choose between a rigid carbon fork for direct feedback or a 63mm suspension fork for added comfort.
STP 24
Retail: $1,250

The STP 24 steps things up. This model comes equipped with a Giant Contact Switch AT Lite dropper post for quick saddle height adjustments. Plus, a 100mm suspension fork tuned specifically for lighter riders.

The fork features improved small-bump sensitivity and a progressive air-spring curve that provides support through jumps and landings.
STP 26
Retail: $1,950

The STP 26 is aimed at riders ready to tackle the bigger challenges. With an aluminum frame backed by a lifetime warranty and a Marzocchi Bomber DJ fork providing 100mm of travel for smooth landings. The STP 26 also includes gyro compatibility for fancy, advanced tricks, like bar spins and tail whips.

There are closed horizontal dropouts for rear-end stiffness and easier chain tension adjustment, and a Giant Contact TR35 alloy handlebar for responsive steering.
STP 26 Frameset
Retail: $899 (CAD)

For riders who prefer to customize their setup (and parents who may have a bunch of parts lying around), the STP 26 Frameset offers the same durable frame with single-speed closed horizontal dropout, dirt-jump geometry, and internal rear-brake routing as a foundation for personalized builds.

STP Gemometry

The Liv STP bike range is built to handle demanding riding conditions while focusing on features that help young cyclists develop their skills. The shared design approach means riders can progress through the size range while maintaining familiar bike geometry and handling.
This range provides young riders with durable equipment designed to grow with their abilities. The multiple size options and customizable frameset allow for personalized setups that can adapt to different riding styles and preferences.
