yeah, I’m going to be that guy – headline shot has 4 people, two of whom are riding the yellow line. This SHOULD not be encouraged. I catch enough grief from motorists, riding the yellow line just makes drivers more hostile.

Maybe they’re riding in California, where there are often signs that say “Cyclists may use full lane”. Or maybe it’s a marketing photoshoot, on an empty road. Or maybe it’s on a closed road during coronavirus quarantine.
Point is, you don’t have to be “that guy”.

It’s straight from the Thesis website where it’s obviously a marketing picture to cram a bunch of smiling people on Thesis bikes into one picture. You must be way too bored.

ever take the full lane on the pacific coast highway ? Yeah OK, get over yourself. Driver cyclist runner. Stop telling cars to go faster and not pay attention to the road. This is an empty road.

It is California. Actually….the guy in orange is the founder of Thesis. It’s clearly a marketing shoot….and its in the middle of nowhere. The smiles are likely real!

PS…Motorists don’t hate cyclists here. In California, motorists are cyclists and cyclists are motorists.
