Chris akrigg the water cycle

When it comes to versatility, few riders can match the abilities of Chris Akrigg. Known for his skills on any type of bike, Chris makes the impossible seem real again and again. His latest video, The Water Cycle, blends his incredibly entertaining riding style with fresh music, wild lines, and breathtaking scenery. As usual this is one video you don’t want to miss…

A downhill romp from the top of the Brecon Beacons through South Wales all the way to the coast through streams, rivers, waterfalls, reservoirs and across beaches.

Love the blend of trials with trail riding that he does so seamlessly.
Refreshing to see a video lacking some rider doing slow-mo whips over perfectly groomed dirt jumps.

Did anyone else really want to see him bomb drop onto the next platform at the end? ha (as unrealistic is that is)

Awesome video. I wonder what they did to make the camera follow him over such uneven ground. Soundtrack was also fitting. I love of course Danny Macaskill’s videos, but find the music to be so touchy-feely and out of place. The music in this clip fits- it seems to imply fascination or amazement. Hats off to Chris, Will, and everyone involved in the production of the clip.

What a bizarre thing…

Video was on Chris’s Vimeo channel for a moment, then went “Private” to finally disappear completely…

Is that because he was pouching some illegal trials?

Awesome as usual though. Chris at his best!

Cheers!
I.
