MynaTime is a new program that lets you take any workout and convert it to spoken audio, then put it on your MP3 player to help you keep on track during your training. For example, you could type in that Carmichael intervals session from Bicycling Magazine and MynaTime, type in the interval and rest timing, drag your music in and BAM! it creates an audio workout that’s ready to roll. You can then play it on your computer or export it to iTunes to load onto your MP3, iPhone, etc.
MynaTime just sent us a copy of the program to check out, so we’ll get a full review up after we’ve played with it. In the meantime, you can download a few free samples. If you’re too anxious to try it, it’s sold through Amazon.com for $34.95.
