FROM BRUSHY MOUNTAIN CYCLING CLUB – National Public Lands Day – As usual, we’re begging for help on the trails. The US Army Corps of Engineers has asked us to help with coordinating trail work for NPLD. We’ll be meeting at 9am at Warrior Creek. What makes this trail day different is the help we’ll be receiving from the BSA. There will be a ton of Boy Scouts on hand throughout the weekend and they need something to do. Our role will be largely supervisory and instructional as we get some much needed relief by young, strong backs. Lunch will be provided.
