Outdoor Research just released images of their new eco-friendly Spring/Summer women’s wear, including two tops and three hats.
The Fresco Tank (left) is made of lightweight Dri-Release® E.C.O. fabric to help keep you dry during activity.  It’s an 83/15% blend of recycled polyester and organic cotton with 2% Spandex to keep it shapely.  It uses FreshGuard® to keep the funk at bay (Hmmm…I thought women always smelled like roses…insert smiley face here.), which must be top-secret stuff because all the manufacturer’s website says is it “tackles the issue of odor control head on.”  How?  How long does it last?  Does it wash out?  Who knows…
Getting back on course, though, the tank is pretty sweet looking, has a built in shelf bra (A/B cups and adjustable straps and will retail for $50.

The Fresco Sleeveless Tee has all the same features sans shelf bra (and, obviously, adjustable straps) and will retail for $40.  It’ll also be available as a short sleeve Tee.
After the ride, when you need to hide the helmet hair, OR has you covered with three options.  Above, theny Supplex nylon Hiatus cap with UPF 30+, built in sweatband, folding bill for easy storage and a zippered pocket.  MSRP: $25.00.
If your post ride activities involve lounging in the sun or mexican food (or both, hopefully), they offer the Solvida Sombrero.  Made of 100% cotton canvas with UPF 50+, it also has a built in sweatband, floating foam-stiffened brim, mesh side panels and drawcord neckband.  MSRP: $30.00
For those that are too cute to need sun protection, there’s the BugAway Bucket.  It’s treated with Insect Shield, an odorless, EPA-registered bug repellant that will last through approximately 70 washes.  Made of Supplex nylon, it has UPF 30+ sun protection and a built in headband.  MSRP: $35.00
