For Paul Camp 2017, they invited handmade bicycle builders from the area to submit their idea of the ultimate monstercross bike. While John Caletti mostly turns out bikes with flat mount brakes these days, his custom titanium monstercross bike for Paul Camp 2017 used standard tabs to accommodate Paul Component’s Klamper calipers.

Paul Comp provided all the blue components to the builder who attended. Regardless, the Klampers rival most drop bar hydros IMO.

Beautiful bikes, but why are they calling them monstercross they are just using noraml drop bars and basically a gravel bike in every way? Tires just look like normal cross tires. Odd. But yeah, cool looking bikes no doubt.

Those 2″ tires would be illegal for a UCI cyclocross race. UCI regs specify 33mm (1.3″) tires.

Very slick monstercrosser! Short stays and rigid specific, as it should. Agree that it would be even better with flat-mount hydro brakes.
