Prologo just gave its gravel-focused AGX (Adventure, Gravel, Cyclocross) line a significant overhaul. The brand is adding three new saddles designed to take on the rough stuff without sacrificing speed or comfort. Developed with input from some of the fastest riders in the world, including Matej Mohorič, Pauline Ferrand-Prévot, and Marianne Vos, these saddles blend Prologo’s racing pedigree with real-world gravel sensibility.

The new line includes three distinct shapes to match a wide range of riders and disciplines:
Nago R4 PAS AGX — semi-round and performance-oriented
Dimension R2 AGX — flat and aggressive, available in two widths
Scratch M5 PAS AGX — round and supportive for long hours in the saddle

Each shares a few key design traits: thicker dual-density padding, a wider, flatter nose for stability when pushing on the front of the saddle, and a flex-enhanced base tuned to smooth out vibration and chatter. Prologo also added its new Slide Control technology, a subtle 3D texture molded into the cover that adds traction without restricting natural movement. It’s the kind of refinement that keeps you planted when the gravel turns sketchy but still allows smooth position changes when the pace ramps up.
Prologo AGX Saddle Lineup

Nago R4 PAS AGX
The Nago R4 PAS AGX is a semi-round, T-shaped saddle designed for riders with good pelvic mobility. Measuring 245 x 137 mm, it’s available exclusively in Prologo’s PAS cut-out design to relieve soft-tissue pressure. Its dual-density foam delivers firm support in the rear and more give in the front — ideal for fast gravel racing or long CX sessions where you’re constantly shifting around the saddle.

Dimension R2 AGX
Flat, fast, and forward — the Dimension R2 AGX builds on Prologo’s popular Dimension silhouette with a wider, flatter nose and V-shaped profile that supports aggressive, on-the-nose climbing positions. It comes in two sizes: 245 x 143 mm and 245 x 153 mm, with the latter offering 5 mm thicker foam for riders who prefer more comfort or have wider sit bones. It’s the go-to choice for riders chasing efficiency and comfort on mixed terrain.

Scratch M5 PAS AGX
Prologo’s Scratch M5 has long been a favorite for its rounded, classic T-shape. The new PAS AGX version refines that profile for gravel — wider up front, with more room to move fore and aft. Available in 250 x 140 mm and 250 x 147 mm, it utilizes the same Slide Control technology for enhanced grip when grinding over washboard roads. The result is a saddle that feels stable under power yet forgiving when you settle in for the long haul.

Slide Control: Small Texture, Big Impact
Slide Control is a functional 3D surface integrated into the saddle cover. It keeps you locked in without feeling sticky, allowing natural movement as terrain and effort shift. For gravel riders who frequently alternate between seated power climbs and rough descents, it means less slipping, less repositioning, and more efficient pedaling throughout a ride.
