The upcoming Q36.5 Adventure Racing Hydration Skinsuit is purpose-built for long-distance gravel racing thanks to an integrated, proprietary hydration system. It’s more than just a bladder stuffed into a sleeve, though, and it’s been raced in the Cape Epic and this past weekend’s Traka gravel epic to prove its point.

For hydration, a reservoir carries up to 2 liters of fluid while maintaining body contact and stability across rough terrain, eliminating the jostling and bouncing issues of some external packs. It slides into a lightweight mesh sleeve on the outside of the upper back, making it easy to swap (assuming you have a pit crew or buddy to assist) or refill mid-race.

For aerodynamics, the suit builds on Q36.5’s Dottore Pro skinsuit platform, combining aerodynamic Dottore Pro woven leg panels with a body-mapped, multi-fabric upper that balances airflow and thermoregulation more so than the full-aero road version.
Currently in development phase, the final version is planned for an early 2027 release in early 2027.
