For many smaller cycling industry companies, it can be difficult to gauge interest in offering a wide sizing range for new products. Small shoemaker Quoc Pham (now just Quoc) debuted their Night performance lace-up road bike shoes back in mid 2016, but only offered a limited large sizing run. Well, positive response from women & smaller riders led them to crowdfund a couple of smaller sizes. And they are now available to everyone for preorder.

While many companies take to platforms like Kickstarter, Quoc just used their own e-commerce site, setting a sales target. If they pre-sold 200 pairs of the smaller shoes at a slightly discounted price by the end of 2017, they would put them into production. If they didn’t hit that threshold, everyone would get a January refund.
Well, the smaller feet have it. There were just a couple more pairs than needed for the threshold. And now they’ve added the two smaller sizes 37.5 & 38.5 (UK 3.5 & 4.5) to their standard size range (up to 46.5/UK 12.5). The new smaller shoes are available in all three vegan-friendly synthetic colors (white, coral & black), plus the black leather option. Pricing is the same now at £219 for synthetic & £239 for leather. The two new small sizes are still officially a pre-order, with delivery slated for April/May 2018.
