Race Face has been teasing & talking up new color variations for a couple of weeks on social media for their popular $100 Turbine 35mm stem. It’s design that’s been around for a while, originally as the Easton Haven, then joining the RF catalog in 2016. It’s a solid, yet lightweight option for everything from trail riding to enduro – essentially any mountain biker who wants a 35mm diameter bar.
But now it doesn’t only come in stodgy black, but also red, orange, Kash Money gold, lime green, turquoise, blue, purple & silver. What more could you want.
Race Face Turbine R 35 – Tech details
The rest remains mostly the same for the CNC-machined 7075 alloy stem. It comes in modern trail friendly 32, 40, 50, 60 & 70mm lengths. Claimed weight is still just 138g for a 50mm stem. (Black may only be available in the two longer sizes for now, according to RaceFace?)
But this new version does move to a 0° rise to keep bars nice & low on long travel bikes, and in the process gets a bit stronger, also thanks to a slightly taller 42mm of stack on your steerer.
It is of course only available for 35mm bars, all others will have to stick with black.

Not sure that what color is best for you? Our contact inside of Fox popped this photo up on social media over the weekend, so it’s a pretty safe bet that the gold color that RaceFace is calling “Kash Money” is a good match for your Kashima-coated Fox Factory suspension components!
