Renagade Bikes is hosting a cycling fashion show and displaying their hot-rodded vintage bicycles next week at Tacoma, Washington’s Bike to Work Week celebrations. Here’s the official word from the “master of chaos” himself:
To celebrate a successful Bike to Work Week, the City of Tacoma-Pierce County and Downtown: On the Go! are sponsoring a Commuter Picnic in Wright Park and we’ll be spicing up the lunch hour with a Bike Fashion Show. The illustrious Council Member David Boe will be our MC,
Downtown: On the Go! Commuter Picnic Fashion Show
When: Friday, May 21
Lunch: 11:30am-1pm
Fashion Show: 12:15pm
Where: Wright Park (near the playground)Models will strut, pedal, or wheelie down the catwalk with their ride to show off their beautiful bicycles and their impeccable style! Have a great bike but lacking in fashion sensibility? Pair up with a friend!
The biggest crowd pleaser will win a $50 gift certificate to TwoKoi, and everyone who participates gets free lunch from Marlene’s compliments of Downtown: On the Go!
