It’s hard to imagine a cargo bike much smaller than the new Ten07 Unicorn Pony. It started with their original Unicorn, a utility bike designed to fit into small apartments and hallways, thanks to its smart removable front platform. But Ten07 wanted something even smaller. Naturally, they named it the Pony.
Ten07 Unicorn Pony ultra-compact cargo bike

It uses a mixed wheel setup with a 20-inch front and 24-inch rear wheel. Creating a shorter wheelbase gives it both a small footprint and agile handling. Like their original Unicorn, the small front wheel also keeps the cargo’s weight low for better stability.
Compared to the standard Unicorn (a 29/20″ reverse mullet), this one uses a smaller rear wheel and non-stretched front-end to the frame. This simpler design keeps the fork directly under the handlebar (with just a long, continuous steerer tube) rather than using a more-complex linkage steering system.
As a bonus, the smaller Pony version also adds fork mounts and more rear rack mounting options, too, since it’s rack platform is more compact.
